LICENSE - COMMUNITY COACH

As the coach for the U8 boys’ team, I’m passionate about developing young talent and fostering a love for soccer in our future stars. My role involves leading training sessions, guiding the boys through skills development, and creating an environment where teamwork, respect, and fun are at the forefront of everything we do. I believe in helping each player grow not only as an athlete but also as an individual, building confidence and instilling good sportsmanship.

I’ve been part of the Western Condors for four years now, and coaching the U8 team has been an incredibly rewarding experience. As a young coach myself, I understand the importance of making the game enjoyable while also challenging the players to improve and reach their potential. Watching these young athletes develop both on and off the field is truly inspiring, and I’m proud to be a part of their journey.

Soccer has been a big part of my life, and I’m grateful for the opportunity to give back to the club that has supported me. Being part of the Condors means being part of something special, a community that values growth, connection, and a love for the game. I’m excited for what’s to come and look forward to watching our players thrive in the years ahead.
