LICENSE - COMMUNITY COACH

As the coach for the U9 to U11 teams, I focus on developing the technical skills and tactical understanding of our players, while also promoting teamwork, discipline, and a passion for the game. My role involves running dynamic training sessions that challenge the players, helping them grow as athletes, and ensuring they enjoy the process of learning and improving. I aim to foster a supportive and fun environment where each player feels motivated to reach their full potential.

In addition to my coaching responsibilities, I also oversee Sponsorships and Grants for the club. This involves working to secure partnerships and funding that help provide essential resources and opportunities for the team, ensuring that we can continue to develop and offer the best experience for our players.

I’ve been part of the Western Condors for more than five years, and it’s been an incredible journey watching the players grow both on and off the field. Being part of this club means being part of a strong, tight-knit community, and I’m proud to contribute in these two important roles, coaching our future leaders on the field and helping secure the support the club needs to thrive.
