As the coach of the U12 boys' team, my goal is to help young players develop their technical skills, teamwork, and passion for the game. I focus on creating a positive and encouraging environment where every player can grow, challenge themselves, and enjoy football.

Being part of Western Condors is an incredibly rewarding experience. I love seeing the players' progress each week, both on and off the field. Football is more than just a sport, it's about discipline, teamwork, and lifelong friendships, and I’m proud to help shape the next generation of players at the club.
